Find help and how-to guides through the Happenings Connect AI connection
Ask your connected AI assistant to find a guide, explain settings or inspect your setup before making changes.
When your AI assistant is connected to Happenings Connect, it can search the Help Center and read full guides. You do not need to know a command name to ask for help.
Ask in ordinary words
For example:
- “How do we sell tickets for an unlisted event where anyone with the link can buy?”
- “What is the difference between an event link and a personal invitation?”
- “How do we offer a cheaper member ticket and a guest ticket?”
- “Find a Danish guide to ticket invitations and show me the source.”
The assistant can search for the topic and open a relevant article. Ask for a short explanation of the steps and a link to the guide so you can read it yourself.
Guidance and your actual setup are different
A guide explains how a feature works. It does not automatically show how your event is configured right now.
For both, ask: “Find the guide, then inspect our event without changing anything.” Identify the page and event, particularly when the connection has access to multiple pages.
The connection can only access pages you selected and actions your role permits. A help article does not grant additional access.
Before the assistant changes anything
First ask it to explain the specific change and its effect. For changes requiring a preview and approval, review that preview before approving it. Asking “how do I do this?” is not itself a request to carry out the change.
If it cannot find a guide
Try shorter keywords such as “unlisted event”, “member ticket” or “invitation”. Ask the assistant to say clearly when no article matches or the content is only available in another language.
If the assistant only offers the older command help, refresh or reconnect the connector in your AI app to update its tools.
Directly in the Help Center
You can also open the Help Center without an AI connection. Help search reads guidance; it does not change events, members or sales.
Practical tasks AI can help with
Choose a workflow for required facts, command discovery, approval and verification:
- Use AI to prepare an event and its tickets
- Use AI to investigate a payment with a missing ticket
- Use AI to review and prepare an order refund
- Use AI to change a member’s plan, status or expiry
- Use AI to prepare the door operation and guest list
- Use AI to produce a sales report with verifiable numbers
- Use AI to draft and publish a page post
- Use AI to distribute coupons to a specific member group
Some tasks can be executed through the connection; others require a handoff in Connect. Each guide explains the boundary. A guide does not grant additional permissions.
