Use AI to investigate a payment with a missing ticket
Find the order, separate payment from fulfillment and avoid duplicate purchases or automatic compensation.
Try: “The guest says payment succeeded but the ticket is missing. Investigate the order without changing anything.”
Identify the order
Provide the page, event or product and preferably an order ID. Otherwise use the buyer’s email, approximate time and amount. Do not request passwords or full card details.
Workflow for the AI assistant
- Verify the page with access pages list. Look up orders list and orders get with hap_help, then read through hap_read.
- Match buyer, event, date, amount and currency. Check other relevant statuses; a default completed-order list may omit an interrupted order.
- Distinguish order status, payment and fulfillment of each item. A pending bank reservation alone does not establish a completed payment.
- Check issued tickets, participation, previous refunds and fulfillment issues with available reads. Follow pagination when complete results are needed.
- Give a conclusion separating established facts from remaining uncertainty.
Next steps
- No captured payment: Explain the status; do not refund money that was not captured.
- Ticket exists: Help locate it on the correct account.
- Payment completed, fulfillment missing: Collect relevant order and item identifiers for support. Do not automatically issue an extra free ticket or refund.
- Order not found: Describe the search. It does not prove the buyer did not pay.
Another receipt is not another ticket. If the user requests a receipt, check orders resend-receipt, the recipient and email effect; preview and execute after approval. Do not send a support message on the page’s behalf without explicit instruction.
