Use your Wallet in the Happenings app
Open your cards, tickets, coupons, orders, and refunds from the Wallet in the Happenings app.
Purpose
The Wallet in the Happenings app keeps your verified student card, page-granted cards, memberships, current tickets, and coupons together. It also gives you access to past tickets, orders, refunds, and ways to add something to your wallet.
When to use this
Use this guide when you need to open a pass or ticket, redeem an active coupon, change the order of stacked cards, or open your wallet history.
Step by step
- In the Happenings app, tap Wallet.
- Scroll through your cards. A verified student card appears first when you have one. Other page-granted cards, Memberships, Tickets, and Coupons appear in their own groups.
- Tap a card to open its details. On student, membership, and page-granted cards, tap the card again to show its scannable side. The card marks this action as Flip or Tap to flip.
- When a group contains several stacked cards, pull down on the stack to spread the cards apart. Long-press a card, then drag it to change the order within that group.
- To use a coupon, open its group under Coupons, choose how many units to use, then complete Swipe to redeem.
- Use the links below your wallet items to open Claim a ticket, Redeem a voucher, Past tickets, Orders, or Refunds. Past tickets appears only when your wallet contains a used or expired ticket.
How it fits together
Each card opens its own detail screen. Ticket transfer, ticket claiming, voucher redemption, and coupon redemption continue from those dedicated screens.
Troubleshooting
- Your wallet is empty with Tickets, coupons, and memberships show up here. means the app has no wallet items to display. You can still use Claim a ticket or Redeem a voucher from the same screen.
- Couldn't load with Couldn't load your wallet. means the wallet request failed before any items loaded. Pull down on the Wallet screen to try again.
- If Past tickets is not shown, your wallet does not currently contain a used or expired ticket.
