Purpose

Write and publish articles for your page, with editorial content, translations, publishing settings, and media.

When to use this

Use Page articles on the web when your page has a story, guide, or update to share. New articles begin as Draft.

Step by step

1. Open Page articles and select New article.
2. Enter Title, and optionally Subtitle, Category, and Tags, then select New article.
3. On the detail page, complete Editorial content. Use Body for markdown, or provide a valid JSON array in Rich blocks JSON.
4. Complete Publishing settings. Leave Scheduled publish blank to keep the article as a draft until you publish it manually.
5. Add media under Media when needed. After Upload PDF, select Save changes to apply it.
6. Select Save changes.
7. Use Translate for a selected Target locale, or select Publish now when the article is ready.
8. To remove a published article from search and listings, select Archive, then confirm Archive.

Troubleshooting

• Give your article a title means Title is required.
• Rich blocks must be a JSON array. Correct Rich blocks JSON, then save again.
• Couldn't save the article. Check the content and retry Save changes.
• Couldn't publish the article. Save the article and try Publish now again.
