Purpose

Use Home in Connect to check your current page at a glance and open its main organiser tools.

When to use this

Use the dashboard when you want a quick view of your page's activity or a shortcut to common work.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open Home.
2. If a live or upcoming event appears at the top, tap it. A live event opens the live event screen; an upcoming event opens its event details.
3. Use Tasks, Posts, Members, Orders, Vouchers, or Bundles to open that part of Connect.
4. Tap Live to run the current event. This shortcut is available only while an event is live.
5. Under Overview, review Net revenue, Tickets sold, Checked in, Active members, Active events, and Orders.
6. Under Revenue, review cumulative page revenue for up to the last 365 days. Drag across the chart to see the total for a specific date.
7. Under Recent orders, tap an order to open its details, or tap See all to open the full order list.
8. Under New members, tap a member to open their details, or tap See all to open the full member list.
9. Pull down on Home to refresh the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

• No organizer access with This account can't manage pages yet. Ask a page owner to invite you. means the account cannot manage a page.
• No pages yet with Pages you manage will show up here. means the account has organiser access but no managed page to display.
• Not enough sales yet to chart. means the page does not have enough revenue points for the Revenue chart.
• If Live is unavailable, there is no event currently live for the selected page.
