Purpose

Track page-ownership requests you have submitted to Happenings and see whether a review needs anything from you.

When to use this

Use My claim requests on the web after submitting a request to claim an organization page. Requests are tied to your Happenings account, so you must sign in to view them.

Step by step

1. Open My claim requests.
2. If you see Sign in to view your requests, select Sign in.
3. Review the status beside each organization: Pending review, Needs information, Approved, Declined, or Cancelled.
4. Read Review note when it appears.
5. Select Contact support when a request shows Needs information, or select View page to open the organization page.
6. Select New request if you need to claim another page.

Troubleshooting

• No claim requests yet means the signed-in account has no claim requests to show. Select New request to start one.
• If a request shows Needs information, read Review note and select Contact support.
