Purpose

Search the current page's events, orders, and members in Connect, or browse its events when you do not have a search term.

When to use this

Use Search when you manage a page and want to open a matching event, order, or member. You can also use the screen to return to a recent search.

Step by step

1. In Connect, select the page you want to search, then open Search.
2. With the search field empty, browse the page's newest Events. If you have saved searches, they appear under Recent.
3. Enter a search term. Connect searches the selected page automatically.
4. Review the matching Events, Orders, and Members sections.
5. Tap an event to open its details, an order to open its detail sheet, or a member to open their details.
6. Submit the search from the keyboard to save the term under Recent. Connect keeps up to eight recent terms.
7. Tap a recent term to run it again, or tap Clear to remove all recent terms.

Troubleshooting

• No matches with Nothing on this page matches your search. means the selected page has no matching event, order, or member. Change the search term.
• Nothing to browse yet with Events for this page will show up here. means the selected page has no events to show in the empty search view.
