Purpose

Review your page's reach, membership activity, and key totals in Connect.

When to use this

Use Analytics when you want a quick view of how your current page is performing over the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open Analytics.
2. Tap 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days to choose the time window.
3. Under Overview, review Revenue, Tickets sold, Checked in, Active members, Orders, and Events.
4. Under Reach, review the page's views, impressions when available, Unique viewers, and Signed-in viewers.
5. Drag across the Reach chart to see the views for a specific date.
6. If Active members appears, drag across its chart to see the member count for a specific date.
7. If Audience appears, compare the Signed-in and Anonymous totals.

How it fits together

Overview brings the page's key totals together. Reach shows traffic over time, Active members shows membership activity over time, and Audience splits viewers into signed-in and anonymous groups.

Troubleshooting

• Active members appears only when the selected period contains member activity.
• Audience appears only when the page has unique viewers to show.
