Filter critical page actions, inspect technical details, and request a CSV export.
Purpose
Review who changed what and when for critical actions on the selected page.
When to use this
Use Audit log on the web when you need a page-level record of actions across roles, events, orders, tickets, members, refunds, products, settings, and other supported domains. Your account needs audit-log access.
Step by step
- Open Audit log.
- Use Search by entity, actor, or action..., Filter by actor ID (UUID)..., or Filter by domain.
- Select Apply.
- Select an entry to open Audit entry details and review Overview, Technical, and Changes.
- Select Open related record when the entry contains a supported link.
- Select Request export to request an audit-log export, or Refresh to load recent entries.
Troubleshooting
- No page selected means you need to pick or create a page first.
- No audit log entries found. No actions match the current page and filters.
- Failed to load audit logs. Select Refresh and try again.
