Search and filter the audit timeline for purchases, tickets, memberships, and other page activity.
Purpose
Review a user activity timeline for the selected page, including related purchase, ticket, membership, coupon, voucher, deal, refund, and wallet records.
When to use this
Use Activity on the web when you need to investigate recent actions for a user or related record. Your account needs access to view audit logs, and a page must be selected.
Step by step
- Open Activity.
- Enter a value in Search by user ID, entity, or type... to search the timeline, or use Filter by actor ID (UUID)... for one actor.
- Choose a category under Filter by category. Leave All categories selected to include every supported category.
- The timeline updates automatically when the search, actor, or category changes.
- Review the grouped user summary and individual actions. Select Open related record when a linked record is available.
- Select Refresh to load the latest activity.
Troubleshooting
- No page selected means you need to pick or create a page first.
- No matching activity means the current search or filters returned no entries. Adjust the search or filters to update the timeline.
- Failed to load activity. Select Refresh and try again.
