Review deal redemptions

Approve or reject deal redemptions and review their recorded reward value.
Purpose
Review and update the verification status of deal redemptions.
When to use this
Use Deal redemption review on the web when redemptions arrive through an affiliate postback, receipt scan, email forward, or manual admin flow.
Step by step
- Open Deal redemption review.
- Filter by All, Pending, Verified, or Rejected, and choose a deal under All deals.
- Review the deal, user, verification method, status, and the displayed XP to award value. Rewards may already have been recorded when the redemption arrived.
- Select Approve to verify the redemption.
- To reject it, select Reject, enter a reason in Reason for rejection..., then select Confirm.
Troubleshooting
- No redemptions to review means no redemption matches the current filters.
- Failed to approve redemption means approval did not complete. Refresh before retrying.
- Failed to reject redemption means rejection did not complete. Refresh before retrying.
