Monitor live redemptions and compare totals by period, product, source, hour, and weekday.
Purpose
Monitor coupon redemptions as they happen and report on redemption trends.
When to use this
Use Redemptions on the web when you need live staff activity or a combined report for selected products.
Step by step
- Open Products, then select Redemptions.
- Use Search by product or user…, Products, and the source filter to narrow the live list.
- Review Last hour, Units last hour, Today, and Units today.
- Open Redemption report and choose Day, Month, or Year.
- Compare Trend, Breakdown, By hour of day, and By weekday.
- Select Export, choose Periods or By product, then select Download CSV.
Troubleshooting
- No redemptions yet means no live redemption has been recorded.
- No matching redemptions means the current search or filter matches nothing.
- No products found. Change the product search.
