Purpose

Review how buyers answered checkout questions for a bundle or across the page.

When to use this

Use Questionnaire answers for one bundle, or Questionnaire insights to aggregate shared questions across all page bundles. You need order-viewing access.

Step by step

1. Open Bundles and select Answers for page-wide results, or open a bundle and its Questionnaire answers.
2. Review Total responses and Questions.
3. Use Group by to break every other question down by one chosen answer.
4. Review option counts, free-text totals, and number summaries where available.
5. Select Download CSV to prepare a CSV export.

Troubleshooting

• No answers yet means there are no questionnaire responses to summarize.
• No grouped answers means the selected grouping has no responses.
• Could not load the grouped breakdown. Change the grouping or try again.
• Could not generate the CSV export. Retry Download CSV.
