Purpose

Review a bundle's sales performance, purchased orders, included items, and waitlist.

When to use this

Use Reporting for a bundle on the web after it has been offered for sale.

Step by step

1. Open a bundle and select Reporting.
2. Review Bundle reporting summary for Orders, Units sold, Completed orders, Revenue, Active orders, and Failed orders.
3. Under Bundle orders, use Search buyers or order IDs... and the order-status filter.
4. Open the included-item breakdown for the order you need.
5. Select Request export, then track the request in Exports. Download the CSV after approval and processing finish.
6. Review Waitlist to see each user's position and status when the bundle supports a sold-out waitlist.

Troubleshooting

• No bundle orders found means no orders match the current bundle and filters.
• Failed to load bundle orders. Retry the page.
• Couldn't request the export means the request was not created. Retry Request export.
• No one on the waitlist means no buyers are currently waiting for a unit.
