Redeem or cancel an issued coupon

Use the operator surface to redeem coupon units or cancel an active coupon.
Purpose
Redeem units from an active issued coupon or prevent an active coupon from being used.
When to use this
Use Issued coupons in Products when staff need to operate on one live coupon token. The coupon must be active to redeem or cancel it, and it needs units remaining to redeem.
Step by step
- Open Products and find the coupon under Issued coupons.
- Open the coupon and review Units remaining, Expires, and Redemption history.
- To redeem it, select Redeem coupon, enter Units redeemed, then select Redeem coupon again.
- To stop future use, select Cancel coupon, then confirm Cancel coupon.
Troubleshooting
- Failed to update issued coupons means the redemption or cancellation did not complete. Refresh the coupon before retrying.
- Coupon not found means the coupon does not exist or has been removed.
- No redemptions yet means this coupon has no recorded use.
