Purpose
Redeem guest coupons quickly at an event and monitor its promo packs.
When to use this
Use Bar on the web during event operations. It accepts the 6-character code from the guest's coupon.
Step by step
- Open the event and select Bar.
- Under Redeem coupon, enter the code using the field or keypad.
- Select Redeem or press Enter.
- If you see Redeemed, check Age verified or follow Check ID as shown.
- Under Packs, monitor sold and remaining quantities, Selling fast, and early-bird availability.
Troubleshooting
- Code not found, Already redeemed, Expired, Cancelled, and No units left on this coupon explain why redemption was denied.
- You can't redeem for this page means the operator lacks access for the coupon's page.
- Couldn't redeem — try again means the operation failed without a specific denial reason. Retry once.
