Purpose

Use the notification inbox on the web to review recent activity, focus on unread items, and clear notifications you no longer need.

When to use this

Use this when you want to see updates and requests that have reached your Happenings account. The inbox groups activity under Today, This week, and Earlier.

Step by step

1. On the web, open Notifications.
2. Select Show all to see the full inbox, or Unread only to focus on notifications you have not read.
3. Select a notification to mark it as read.
4. To mark every unread item as read, select Mark all read. This action is available only while the inbox contains unread notifications.
5. To remove an item from the inbox, use Delete on that notification.
6. For a friend-request notification, select Accept or Decline. The request notification leaves the inbox after the action succeeds.

Troubleshooting

• Couldn't mark all notifications as read. The inbox could not complete the action. Try Mark all read again.
• Couldn't remove the notification. The inbox could not delete the item. Try Delete again.
• Couldn't process friend request The inbox could not complete Accept or Decline. Try the action again.
