Plan, run, and share a crawl

Use a crawl to plan a route between bars and follow the route while the crawl is live.

Create a crawl in the iPhone app

1. Open Crawls and start a new crawl.
2. Give the crawl a name.
3. Search for bars and add the stops you want to visit.
4. Drag the selected stops into the order you want, or remove a stop you no longer need.
5. Create the crawl.

Happenings optimises the route when you create the crawl.

Your crawl appears under Yours. You can also browse Ready-made crawls for a route that is already planned.

Run the crawl

1. Open the crawl detail and choose Start the crawl when the group is ready.
2. At each active stop, choose I'm here.
3. Follow the live route and crew updates as the crawl progresses.

The iPhone app can also show crawl progress as a Live Activity while the crawl is running.

Share the result

After the crawl ends, open How it went to review the summary. Use Share the night to share the completed crawl through its public link.
