Purpose

In Connect, the “Notifications” screen shows notifications for the page you are managing. Use it to mark one notification, or every notification in the list, as read.

When to use this

Use this when a notification has an accent dot and a bolder title, which show that it is unread.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open “Notifications” for the page you are managing.
2. To mark one unread notification as read, tap its row. The accent dot disappears and the title becomes less bold.
3. Alternatively, swipe right on an unread row and tap “Read”.
4. To mark every notification in the list as read, tap “Mark all read”. This button appears only while unread notifications remain.
5. Pull down on the list to refresh it.

How it fits together

The inbox follows the page currently selected in Connect. Marking a notification as read removes its unread styling but keeps it in the list. Tapping a row on this screen marks it as read; it does not open a notification detail screen.

Troubleshooting

• If you see “No notifications”, the selected page has no notifications to show. Connect explains: “Notifications for this page will show up here.”
• If you see “Couldn't load” and “Couldn't load notifications.”, tap “Try again”.
