Purpose

Add, choose, or remove a saved payment card for faster checkout on the web.

When to use this

Use this when you want to add a card before checkout, choose which saved card is the default, or remove a card you no longer want to use.

Step by step

To add a card:

1. On the web, open Settings, then Payment cards.
2. Select Add card.
3. Enter the card details on the card page and complete its steps.
4. Happenings confirms the card when you return.
5. When the card is ready, you see Card saved.

To choose the default card:

1. Select Set as default beside a saved card.
2. When the choice is saved, you see Default card updated and the card is marked Default.

To remove a card:

1. Select Remove card beside the card.
2. Review Remove card?, then select Remove card.
3. When it is removed, you see Card removed.

How it fits together

The Default card is shown first in the list. Removing a saved card means it can no longer be used at checkout.

Troubleshooting

• If you see Couldn't save the card. Try again., the card was not added. Start again with Add card.
• If you see Couldn't update the default card, the previous default remains. Try Set as default again.
• If you see Couldn't remove the card, the card remains saved. Try Remove card again.
• If you see Couldn't load your cards, select Try again.
