Purpose

Keep coupon products available to the right buyers, with accurate stock and redemption dates.

Use Products for the sellable item. Issued coupons inherit its rules unless a distribution or bundle applies an override.

Control visibility and lifecycle

Open Products, find the product, and select Edit product.

• Keep Visible on the page on when people should find the product in the page shop.
• Turn it off for hidden bundle components or one-off voucher products. The product stays active but disappears from the page.
• Use Archive only when the product should no longer be sold or distributed. Existing orders and issued coupons are not removed.

Hiding and archiving are different. Hiding changes discovery; archiving ends new use of the product.

Set and adjust inventory

Under Pricing & stock, set Tracked inventory to 0 for unlimited stock. Set a positive number when Connect should track remaining units and show low-stock warnings.

For a tracked product, use Inventory to record a change:

1. Choose Refill, Correction, Waste, or Return.
2. Enter the quantity change. Use a negative value when stock decreases.
3. Add a note that explains the adjustment.
4. Review the projected inventory and select Apply adjustment.

Open History to review earlier stock changes, their before-and-after values, notes, and timestamps.

Set redemption validity

When creating a product, use When can it be used? to set Works from and Stops working. Leave the absolute window empty when relative validity days should govern instead.

A coupon distribution can override the redemption window for that one send. Bundle items can also carry their own coupon-validity settings.

Re-time existing and future coupons

Use Re-time redemption when an operating window changes after coupons have already been issued.

1. Select the affected products explicitly.
2. Choose whether to change the opening time, closing time, or both.
3. Optionally limit the change to coupons with one current expiry time.
4. Add a note.
5. Select Preview and review how many issued coupons will change.
6. Apply the change only when the preview matches the intended scope.

This changes the product, bundle references, and matching coupons already in wallets together.

Troubleshooting

Buyers cannot find an active product

Open Edit product and check Visible on the page. Also confirm that the product is not archived and that tracked inventory remains.

Stock is wrong

Use an inventory adjustment instead of replacing the total silently. Choose the correct reason and leave a useful note.

Coupons have the wrong expiry

Use Re-time redemption and preview first. Do not change a broad set of products when only one event or issue needs correction.
