Purpose

Manage titles used to recognize member roles, honors, teams, or groups.

When to use this

Use Community Titles on the web when your page needs titles that appear on wallet cards and member lists.

Step by step

1. Open Community Titles.
2. Select Assign title, search under User, and complete the title details.
3. For bulk assignment, select Import CSV, add CSV rows, then select Import titles.
4. Use Extend expiry and Save to change when a title ends, or Revoke title to remove it.
5. Select Title QR codes to offer a title by QR. Choose Instant or Require approval, set optional registration and expiry controls, then share the QR as PNG, SVG, Copy image, or Copy link.
6. For approval-based QR claims, use Claim requests to Approve or Decline requests.

Troubleshooting

• No users found. Change the search under User.
• Add a title name and at least one email row. Correct the CSV input.
• Could not generate the QR code means the QR could not be prepared. Retry Show QR.
• Something went wrong. Try again. Retry the claim approval or decline action.
