Purpose

Find an order for the selected page and review its buyer, status, items, and amount in Connect.

When to use this

Use this when you need to check an order or review orders with a particular status. The list shows the newest orders first and starts with Completed orders.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open Orders.
2. Tap Completed, Paid, Refunded, Cancelled, or All to choose which orders appear.
3. To narrow the list further, enter a query in Search orders.
4. Tap an order to open its details.
5. Review Items and Amount. The amount can include Subtotal, Service fee, Tax, Discount, and Total. Placed shows when the order was created.
6. Tap Done to return to the order list.

How it fits together

The status filter and Search orders apply together. Connect loads more results as you reach the end of the list.

Troubleshooting

• Couldn't load orders and Pull to refresh to try again. Pull down on the order list to load it again.
• No matches means no order matches the current status filter and search query. Change the filter or clear the search.
