Purpose

Create and manage voucher codes for your page in Connect. A voucher can grant a ticket, membership, or bundle, or apply a coupon at checkout.

When to use this

Use this when you need to issue a code, review its usage and expiry, copy it for sharing, or stop an active voucher from being redeemed.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open Dashboard, then tap Vouchers.
2. Use Active, Used up, Expired, Revoked, or All to filter the list.
3. Tap a voucher to open Voucher. The detail shows its Type, Discount, Redeemed count, any Per person limit, Expires date, and Created date. Tap the code to copy it; Connect confirms with Code copied.
4. To create a voucher, return to Vouchers and tap the + button.
5. On New voucher, choose Ticket, Membership, Coupon, or Bundle, then tap Continue.
6. Add the details for the type you chose:
   • For Ticket, choose an Event, then a Ticket type.
   • For Membership or Bundle, choose the item the voucher grants.
   • For Coupon, choose Percent or Fixed amount and enter the discount.
7. Tap Continue. Under Rules, set the Code, Limits, and Expiry. You can leave Code blank to have Connect generate one.
8. Tap Continue, check Ready to go?, then tap Create voucher. The code becomes active as soon as it's created.
9. To stop an active voucher, open it, tap Revoke voucher, then confirm with Revoke. Revoked vouchers can no longer be redeemed.

Troubleshooting

• If the + button is missing, the selected page has not given your account access to create or edit coupons.
• If Continue is unavailable, check the required details. A percentage must be from 1 to 100, a fixed amount must be above zero, a ticket needs an event and ticket type, a membership or bundle needs a selected item, and quantity must be at least one.
• If you see Couldn't load vouchers and Pull to refresh to try again., pull down on the list.
• No events on this page yet., No membership plans on this page yet., or No bundles on this page yet. means that voucher type has nothing available to select for the current page. Choose another type or cancel the voucher.
