Purpose

Create and manage voucher codes for tickets, membership plans, coupon products, and bundles.

When to use this

Use Vouchers on the web when a code should grant access, quantity, or a coupon discount.

Step by step

1. Open Vouchers and select Create voucher.
2. Under Voucher setup, choose whether to enter Voucher code or Auto-generate when creating, then choose Type.
3. Select the matching ticket type, membership plan, coupon product, or bundle.
4. Under Usage limits, set Quantity per use, Max uses, Max uses per user, and optional Expires on. Coupon vouchers can also use Discount amount or Percentage discount.
5. Review the voucher and select Create voucher.
6. Use Voucher codes to search and edit vouchers. Select Revoke or Expire now when a code should stop working.
7. Open Redeemed vouchers or Voucher redemptions to review usage.

Troubleshooting

• Failed to load options means the linked ticket, plan, product, or bundle choices did not load. Retry the wizard.
• No products found, No ticket types found, No membership plans found, No coupon products found, or No bundles found means there is no matching active item to select.
• Failed to update voucher means the edit, expiry, or revoke action did not complete. Refresh before retrying.
