Purpose

Create coupon products and track their sales, revenue, stock, and issued coupons.

When to use this

Use Products on the web when your page is ready to sell coupons for an item or benefit.

Step by step

1. Open Products and select Create product.
2. Under Product details, complete Product name, Description, and Emoji.
3. Choose Category and Age limit.
4. Under Pricing & stock, set Price and Tracked inventory. Use 0 for unlimited stock.
5. Review the product, then select Create product.
6. Use Product catalogue to search and edit products. Use Adjust inventory for a refill, correction, waste, or return.
7. To stop sales, select Archive product. Existing orders are not affected.

Troubleshooting

• Price must be zero or positive. Change Price.
• No page selected means you need to pick or create a page first.
• Failed to update product means the edit or archive did not complete. Retry the action.
• Failed to adjust inventory means the stock change was not recorded. Check the values and retry Apply adjustment.
