Purpose

Organize photo collections for your page and events. You can create an album, upload images, rename it, choose its cover, reorder photos, and remove photos from the album.

When to use this

Use Albums on the web when your team wants to group photos into a named collection. Removing a photo from an album does not delete its media asset from the library.

Step by step

1. Open Albums and select Create album.
2. Enter an Album name, then select Create album.
3. Open the album and select Upload photos. Only image files are accepted.
4. Use Set as cover on the photo that should represent the album.
5. Select Reorder, drag photos into the required order, then select Save order. The first photo appears at the top.
6. Select Rename to change the album name.
7. To detach a photo, select Remove, then confirm with Remove photo.

Troubleshooting

• Only image files are allowed. Choose an image file and upload again.
• Photo upload failed. Try the upload again.
• Couldn't update cover. Retry Set as cover.
• Couldn't save order. Reorder the photos again and select Save order.
• Couldn't rename album. Check that the name is not empty, then select Save again.
