Purpose

Create an offer for a target audience and manage how and when it can be redeemed.

When to use this

Use Deals on the web for an in-app, external-link, code, or venue redemption offer.

Step by step

1. Open Deals and start a new deal.
2. Under Content, complete Title, Description, and Redemption instructions.
3. Choose Deal type, Category, Target audience, and Location type.
4. Choose Redemption type and complete any External URL or Redemption code it requires.
5. Set Valid from, Valid until, Max redemptions, and any Availability schedule.
6. Review the deal and select Publish deal.
7. From Deal roster, use Edit, Pause, Resume, Archive, or Generate translation as needed.

Troubleshooting

• Failed to create deal means the deal was not published. Review the wizard fields and retry Publish deal.
• Failed to update deal means the requested edit or status change did not complete. Retry it.
• Deal not found means the deal does not exist or is unavailable to the selected page.
