Purpose

Create an offer from ticket types, membership plans, or products in Connect. You can set one price for the bundle or price the selected items individually, control who can buy it, and publish it now or keep it as a draft.

When to use this

Use a bundle when you want to sell several existing items together or let buyers choose between items in one checkout. Use the page's ordinary ticket, membership, or product setup first if the item you need does not exist yet.

Step by step

1. In Connect, open Bundles for the page you manage, then tap the + button. The New bundle screen opens.
2. Under The basics, enter a Title, add an optional Description, choose a Category, and add any cover, extra categories, tags, or event link you need. Tap Continue.
3. Under What's inside, tap Add group. Choose whether every item is included, buyers pick from a list, or the group contains optional extras, then save the group.
4. Tap Add item in the group. Select an existing ticket type, membership plan, or product, set its quantity and pricing options, then save it. Every group needs at least one item. Tap Continue when the contents are complete.
5. Under Pricing, choose Fixed price to set a bundle price or Sum of items to total the items the buyer selects. With a fixed price, you can also set an original, member, student, or early-bird price. Tap Continue.
6. Under Availability, set Unlimited quantity or enter how many are for sale. Choose Who can buy, then optionally enable Custom sale window, Waitlist when sold out, or Picked up in person. Tap Continue.
7. The next step lets you add optional checkout questions. Each question needs text, and a choice question needs at least two choices. Tap Continue when you are done.
8. On Ready to go?, review the bundle. Tap Publish now to put it on sale immediately, or Save as draft to publish it later.
9. To manage an existing bundle, open it from Bundles. Use the pencil button and Save changes to edit it. Depending on its status, you can use Publish bundle, Pause sales, Resume sales, Archive bundle, or Delete draft.

Troubleshooting

• Couldn't load bundles: pull down to refresh the list and try again.
• If the + button or edit actions are missing, your access to the selected page does not include creating or editing bundles.
• If Continue is unavailable, complete the required fields on the current step. A bundle needs a title, at least one group, at least one item in every group, valid pricing, and valid availability.
