Build bundled offers and track how they sell.

When to use this

Use Bundles on the web when you want to package tickets, memberships, coupons, or products together. You need bundle editing access.

Step by step

1. Open Bundles and select Create bundle.
2. Complete the wizard sections for bundle details, groups and items, Bundle pricing, and Eligibility & availability.
3. Under Launch mode, choose Publish now to make it available immediately or save it as Draft.
4. Select Save bundle.
5. From Bundle catalogue, use Search bundles... and the status filters to locate it.
6. Use Edit, Publish, Pause, Resume, or Archive as its current status allows.

Troubleshooting

• No active ticket types available for the selected event. Choose another item type or make a ticket type active first.
• Member price can't be higher than the bundle price and Student price can't be higher than the bundle price mean those prices must be lowered.
• Failed to update bundle means the requested action did not complete. Try again.
