Create a support ticket, read its history, and reply to Happenings support.

Purpose

Create a support ticket, follow its replies, and keep the conversation with Happenings support in one place.

When to use this

Use this when you need help with your account, billing, a technical issue, trust and safety, or another Happenings question.

Step by step

To create a ticket:

  1. On the web, open Settings, then Support tickets.
  2. Select New ticket.
  3. Choose a Category.
  4. Enter a Subject and Description.
  5. Select Create ticket.
  6. When it is created, you see Support ticket created.

To read or reply to a ticket:

  1. Under Your tickets, select the ticket.
  2. Read the Initial request, status, and Replies.
  3. Enter your reply in Write a reply....
  4. Select Send.
  5. When the reply is added, you see Reply sent.

How it fits together

The status can appear as Open, In progress, Waiting on you, Resolved, or Closed. A closed ticket cannot receive more replies; select New ticket if you need more help.

Troubleshooting

  • If you see Couldn't create support ticket., the request was not sent. Check that Subject and Description have text, then try Create ticket again.
  • If you see Couldn't load support tickets., the ticket list is unavailable. Reload the page.
  • If you see Couldn't load ticket replies., the ticket opened without its reply history. Select the ticket again.
  • If you see Couldn't send reply., your reply was not added. Try Send again.
