Purpose

Claim an existing Happenings page when you represent its student club or organization. An approved claim gives your organization a way to manage its presence on Happenings.

When to use this

Use this on the web when your organization already has a page and you need to request access to manage it. Pages that are already claimed are not shown in the selectable results.

Step by step

1. Open Claim a Happenings page and select Start claim request.
2. Use Search for your club or organization... to locate the page. Select Claim this page beside the correct result.
3. Under Verify your identity, complete Full name, Email, Phone number, Organization name, Your role, and Why are you claiming this page?.
4. You can submit the request while signed out. Sign in is available as an optional alternative.
5. Select Submit request. After it succeeds, you see Request submitted and can select Back to pages.

Troubleshooting

• No pages found. Try a different search. Clear or change the search and try again.
• Couldn't submit claim. Try again. Check that the required fields are complete, then submit again.
