Purpose

Buy a bundle in the Happenings app by choosing the items you want and completing payment.

When to use this

Use this when a bundle combines tickets, memberships, products, or other items in one purchase. Some bundles include every item automatically, while others let you choose.

Step by step

1. Open the bundle you want to buy in the Happenings app, then tap Get this bundle.
2. On Get bundle, review each section. A section can show Included, Choose one, or Optional. Select the available choices you want. If an item has a Quantity control, set the amount before you continue.
3. Answer any required checkout questions. If the bundle includes a membership, accept the required items under Membership terms.
4. Review the Total shown for your current selection. If a buyer service fee applies, the app also shows Subtotal and Service fee.
5. If the total is zero, tap Get for free. Otherwise, choose a method under Pay with. Card opens a hosted checkout, MobilePay opens the MobilePay app, and Apple Pay appears when it is available on your device.
6. Complete the payment and return to Happenings. After a successful checkout, eligible bundle contents—such as tickets, memberships, or coupons—appear in Wallet. Wallet does not show a separate bundle item.

Troubleshooting

• Make a choice in each required section to continue. Complete every section that requires a selection.
• Answer the required questions to continue. Fill in every required question that is currently shown.
• Accept the required items to continue. Accept the required membership terms before choosing a payment method.
• Couldn't reach the payment provider. Return to the bundle and try the payment again.
• Couldn't open MobilePay. Check that the app is installed and try again. Install or reopen MobilePay, then try again.
• If payment confirmation is still processing, wait and check Wallet again for the eligible bundle contents. Wallet does not show a separate bundle item.
