Build and publish your join page

The join page is what prospective members see when they follow your link or scan your QR code. Build it in Happenings Connect, preview the structure, then publish it when it is ready to share.

You need permission to edit the page profile before you can change the join page.

Build the page

1. In Connect, open Join landing.
2. Under Sections, add the content you want to show. Available sections include Benefits, Events, Photos, Video, Membership, Members, and Text. The page header is provided automatically.
3. Use Move up and Move down to arrange the sections.
4. Use Hide from visitors when a section should remain in the draft without appearing on the live page.
5. Remove any section you no longer need.

Add benefits and video

Choose Edit benefits to add up to 12 benefits. Give each benefit a title, choose an icon, and add an optional description. Complete the available language fields before choosing Save benefits.

Choose Add a video to upload a video of up to 200 MB. You can let it play automatically without sound; visitors can tap to unmute. Reduced-motion preferences and mobile-data conditions can prevent autoplay. Choose Save video when it is ready.

Publish and share

The status at the top is either Draft or Live.

1. Review the sections and their order.
2. Choose Publish.
3. In Share, copy the live link or download the QR code as PNG or SVG. You can also copy the QR image directly.

A draft is not reachable by visitors, so Connect does not provide a usable share link or QR code until you publish it.

If the join page should no longer be public, choose Unpublish. Its status returns to Draft.
