Purpose

Add a passkey for faster sign-in with your fingerprint, face, or screen lock, or remove a passkey you no longer use.

When to use this

Use this when you want to sign in without entering a password or when a listed passkey should no longer work with your Happenings account.

Step by step

To add a passkey:

1. On the web, open Settings, then Passkeys.
2. Select Add a passkey.
3. Follow the prompt from your browser or device.
4. When setup is complete, you see Passkey added.

To remove a passkey:

1. Select Remove passkey beside the passkey.
2. Review Remove passkey?.
3. Select Remove.
4. When it is removed, you see Passkey removed.

How it fits together

Removing a passkey means you cannot sign in with that passkey anymore. Other passkeys on the account remain listed separately.

Troubleshooting

• If you see Couldn't add passkey, setup did not finish. Start with Add a passkey again.
• If you see Couldn't remove passkey, the passkey is still on your account. Try Remove passkey again.
• If you see Couldn't load passkeys, select Try again.
